If you live in halls at one of our participating universities, you are eligible to participate in our badge program!
Badges provide a legitimate, tangible way to prove and share your commitment to sustainability. We’re going to be tracking your progress throughout the year, but please be sure to fill out this form when you complete a set of actions so we can celebrate all of your achievements.
Bronze badge:
- Attend the 2025 Green Campus Volunteer Training
- Reviewed your halls sustainability.
- Complete one additional action.
Silver badge
- All Bronze actions
- Take part in the pledge OR climate competition
- Complete one additional action (examples below).
Gold badge
- All Bronze and Silver actions
Completed 2 additional actions (examples below)
Platinum badge
- Successfully completed a Jennings Green Campus grant.
Volunteer Actions:
You can repeat the same activity – e.g., completing multiple different masterclasses or implementing multiple different improvements in your residence
- Implement an improvement in your residence that you identified as part of the Sustainability Review. Show us what you did by uploading a photo.
- Complete a masterclass. Let us know which masterclass you did!
- Take part in a competition during one of our waste, water or energy weeks.
- Complete a Jennings Green Campus Grant
- Promote one online activity (pledge, quiz, competition) to friends or flatmates in halls (this could be via social media, WhatsApp). Send us a screenshot!
- Support a campus engagement visit – such as a stall, recycling audit or kitchen visit. Keep an eye out for emails/ info about when we’ll be on campus!
- Support 5 friends to take an online activity such as the pledge, quiz or action week competition. Tell us their names so we can check!
- Join the Green Campus Revolution Volunteer WhatsApp Group.
- Bring a friend to training, online or in-person (let us know their name so we can check they attended!)
