Check out the agenda for the 10th Annual Student Sustainability Summit
We are so excited to announce the full agenda for our 10th annual Student Sustainability Summit, taking place on the 29th May at the University of Lancaster Students' Union.
You can access the full agenda here. Tickets for the summit are available here.
This year, we've gone big, with sessions from leading organisations and individuals across all corners of the youth climate justice and sustainability movement and beyond.
We'll be hearing from Green New Deal Rising and Teach the Future about their plans to mobilise young people for climate justice at the General Election. We also have sessions spotlighting local examples of student-led sustainability action from leaders across the education sector. There will be deep-dives on everything from food sustainability and circular economies on campus to decolonising our education systems and ending universities' complicity with the arms trade.
We are so excited to be partnering with Green Lancaster for this event. Attendees will be able to visit the Green Lancaster Eco-Hub during and see a practical example of how universities and Students' Unions can model sustainability best practice. We will also have a range of stalls throughout the day representing different sustainability organisations which will be available to speak to about their work.
We are so excited for a day of movement building, learning and inspiration.
See you there!
