Wilding campuses concept note

A nature recovery scheme, bringing people, plants & wildlife to UK campuses We're proposing a new scheme to provide resources for students' union and institution partnerships to work together on native habitat creation, and move towards ‘edible campuses’ including fruit and nut trees for students, staff and wildlife to forage. We want to ensure that, in addition to increasing biodiversity, we are providing tangible ways to empower individuals to tackle the climate crisis and reconnect them to nature, one of our oldest and most fragile forms of heritage.
