Win a trip to India!
Two ways to win a trip to India with NUS and clothing company Epona, to visit our Fairtrade supply chain.
The prize will consist of two all-expenses-paid places on the trip to visit the Fairtrade cotton fields, farming cooperative and garment factories in October 2017.
How to be in with a chance:
1) Buy a t-shirt!
Simply place an order for our new Dalston short-sleeve baseball tee. T&Cs apply.
Students can also enter the competition by scanning a QR code on the product labels.
The student competition can be bolstered with supporting materials such as posters, flyers and postcards - which can be ordered digitally via Epona to help drive those sales.
We're proud of our supply chain, and Epona is the first company in Britain to join the Fairtrade Textile Programme to support us making further improvements to workers' rights from the cotton fields to the factory.
Epona have paid a living wage premium to support improved wages for factory workers, and sales of the new Dalston Tee means communities in India are directly supported.
Remember, for your chance to win a trip to India, simply place an order for our new Dalston short-sleeved baseball tee in the usual way with steven.ring@eponaclothing.co.uk or rachel.kaliisa@eponaclothing.co.uk.
2) Automatic entry for unions buying £1000+ of Epona
Any union who has purchased or will purchase £1,000 or more worth of merchandise from Epona between 1st August 2016 and 31st May 2017 will be automatically entered into the prize draw. One of the places must be taken by an elected officer (ideally an officer with a sustainability or commercial remit), and the other place can be taken by a second officer, staff or student. The winning union will be chosen in a random prize draw from all qualifying unions, but if the winning union would prefer not to join the trip or doesn't respond to our communications within 14 days, a second winning union will be picked at random.
GOOD LUCK!
